All transactions from this web site are covered by our standard Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is available from our sales office.

INTRODUCTION

The Home Page is the launch pad to all products and services. Across the top, from left to right are the buttons Search, About Us, Courses, Carriage, and How to Shop. These are Informational Articles. More Articles can be found on LHS of page. After you have chosen your products you can view your order, make changes and cancel if required by clicking View Cart. For those who prefer a larger text click on the relevant button which is located at bottom of page on the right.

FINDING PRODUCTS - BY BRAND 

The main brands that we promote and supply are listed down the right hand side of the page. To view products within specific brand, click on brand logo and a link will take you to web page listing all products and machines within that brand.

If you cannot see brand logos down the right hand side - click on the double arrow icon button to open up brand list.

FINDING PRODUCTS - BY TYPE

To find a specific machine, click on the image of the required machine category, a link will take you to web page of all machines in the category.

Alternativley, use the drop down menus on the left hand side, Products and  Equipment. Again you will be able to search under the various machine categories.

Use same drop down menu to search site by Product.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Genuine special offers appear on a scroll down on the RHS of the page. Clicking on the link will take you to the relevant page where you can place your order. Special offers will frequently change so keep watching for future bargains.

SEARCHING and ORDERING

There is a facility to search by keyword(s). Enter keyword(s) in "search for" box in the top left corner and click on search. A link will take you to to a webpage listing all the products or machines that the search revealed. Scroll down to find the product or machine of interest and click on "more info" to progress. Where there is only a 'buy now' button, the product is unique and can be ordered without requesting any more information. Where there is an additional More Info button this means there are options for you to select. Choose variety required  from the list provided.

CHECKING OUT

When you have found the item that you wish to purchase, click on the "buy now" button. A link will take you to your shopping cart, highlighting all items that you wish to purchase. The item, quantity, price, VAT and sub total will all be detailed. Check that all details are correct. You can increase the required number of items from this page. All orders over £45.00 qualify for free delivery. Using drop down menu select your shipping method. You can then checkout your shopping cart by clicking the "checkout" button.

If at any point you wish to abort the purchase you can click on the "empty cart" button in the top right hand corner.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

After checkout you will go to page with various payment options. You are able to pay by credit card, account, cheque or by BACS. Click on the button detailing your preferred payment option and complete required information.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

When you have completed the purchase, the site will generate and send an email confirming the order, the value of the order and the delivery procedure. The email will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided when detailing your preferred payment option.

Product orders placed before 2pm will be despatched on a next day delivery service.
