1 Fill the cup with ice cubes - do not go above the rim of the cup. 2 3/4 fill the cup with water (or milk). 3 Pour the contents of the jug into the blender jug. 4 Add two levelled 25ml scoops of mix. 5 Place the lid onto the jug and blend for 20 seconds. 6 Pour into cup, add lid and straw then serve.
