L'Antico Thick Italian Chocolate is best prepared using a steam outlet eg from a traditional type espresso machine. This superb powdered product, when added to milk, needs to be 'cooked' for 20 seconds or so with steam. This results in a superb tasting, thick creamy chocolate drink. Can also be used for spooning over desserts and ice cream etc.
