Installations.

Prices of equipment include delivery to site but not installation. We can arrange installation of machines anywhere in the UK and the cost will depend on type of machine and site location. For installations within Yorkshire this service is free when product (eg coffee beans, topping, chocolate etc) is supplied on a regular basis. Site requirements.

Machines with manual fill water require connection to mains electric supply only, normally 230/240v, 13A 1 phase. Socket to be within 1m of machine location. Full instructions given with all types of machines but further training can be provided.

Plumbed in machines require the following;

• An electric supply within 1m of machine location. Depending on machine requirements  this can be 230/240v, 13A, 1 phase; 230/240v, 30A, 1 phase or 400/415v, 3 phase.
• A water connection to mains cold water supply, normally either a 3/4'' male washing machine type or a 15mm male compression joint, within 1 m of machine. A non return valve and an isolator valve is also required.
• In hard water areas a water softener will be required in line. Consideration should be given to where this is located eg either under or behind the machine. Holes may be required to be cut in work surfaces etc.
• Water pressure to the machine should be between 1 and 9 bar. A pressure reducing valve may be needed if over 9 bar.
